Job Summary
The primary responsibility of this role is to design, implement, and optimize Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions for the organization. This involves liaising with business users to gather requirements, capturing as-is processes, and mapping to-be process visions. The role requires identifying automation blockers and enablers and effectively communicating them to stakeholders. A strong technical acumen and keen attention to business processes are essential. Additionally, the role is responsible for producing Process Definition Documents (PDDs)—detailed process maps at the keystroke level—to facilitate seamless transition into the development and testing stages.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Analysis & Automation Design:

  • Conduct business system analysis and define project requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop functional and technical specifications.
  • Organize workshops to analyze end-to-end business processes, identifying automation opportunities and roadblocks.
  • Assist in writing User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios and participate in System Integration Testing (SIT).


Process Optimization & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Calculate automation percentage and Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) benefits to build effort estimates.
  • Present key findings to business users and guide them through the to-be design of automated processes.
  • Assess risks, assumptions, and dependencies for each automated process.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are accurately translated into automation solutions.


Project Management & Delivery Support:

  • Lead multiple RPA projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient prioritization of tasks.
  • Provide decision support for business KPIs and execute targeted programs.
  • Assist in various data reporting and analysis tasks to support ongoing projects.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular updates to management.
  • Ensure reports are delivered with accuracy and within agreed timelines.


Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, NICE, Automation Anywhere).
  • Strong understanding of workflow-based logic and automation methodologies.
  • Familiarity with machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) is an advantage.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma is a plus.


Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills—ability to gather detailed requirements and convey technical concepts effectively.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive in decision-making.


Experience & Education:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Business Process Analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a Technical discipline.
