The Role

  • Membangun dan mengembangkan peluang perniagaan baharu dengan pelanggan B2B.
  • Membina dan mengekalkan hubungan dengan pelanggan dan rakan kongsi korporat.
  • Menjalankan penyelidikan pasaran untuk mengenal pasti industri dan pelanggan yang berpotensi.
  • Sediakan cadangan pelanggan, sebut harga dan pembentangan.
  • Bekerjasama dengan pasukan dalaman untuk menyampaikan penyelesaian yang memenuhi keperluan pelanggan.
  • Berunding dan tutup tawaran perniagaan untuk mencapai sasaran jualan.
  • Sediakan aktiviti jualan mingguan/bulanan dan laporan prestasi.
  • Develop and expand new business opportunities with B2B clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential industries and clients.
  • Prepare client proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
  • Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales activity and performance reports.

Ideal Profile

  • Diploma/Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Perniagaan, Pemasaran, atau bidang yang berkaitan (Lepasan Sekolah Menengah, SPM, atau STPM juga dipertimbangkan dengan pengalaman yang luas).
  • Sekurang-kurangnya satu tahun pengalaman dalam jualan B2B, pembangunan perniagaan atau perhubungan pelanggan.
  • Kemahiran komunikasi dan perundingan yang sangat baik.
  • Keupayaan untuk membina hubungan pelanggan korporat jangka panjang.
  • Berorientasikan hasil, proaktif, dan mampu bekerja secara bebas.
  • Kemahiran dalam Microsoft Office dan kebiasaan menggunakan alat CRM adalah satu kelebihan.
  • Kemahiran komunikasi yang sangat baik dalam bahasa Melayu dan Inggeris (Bahasa Cina adalah kelebihan).
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Secondary School, SPM, or STPM graduates are also considered with extensive experience).
  • At least one year of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client relations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term corporate client relationships.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in Malay and English (Chinese is a plus).
