Job Description
- Seek and acquire new leads through various methods like cold calls, networking, and referrals. Customize sales approaches by researching potential clients and their needs.
- Present, market, and sell products/services to both new and existing clients.
- Develop strategies for retaining and growing existing customer relationships. Increase company revenue by upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain a strong grasp of our offerings, industry trends, and competitors. Deliver excellent customer service to foster satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with different departments to meet customer expectations. Keep records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using our CRM system.
- Participate in industry events to expand our customer base and enhance brand visibility. Continuously improve sales skills through ongoing training and development.
