Business Development Executive, Office Leasing Advisory

Primary Responsibilities
• Work with colleagues on transactions and be able to work independently as well as being part of a team
• Responsible for the leasing of office space to prospective tenants either on behalf of Landlords or Tenants (working with colleagues and working alone)
• Formulating and assist in marketing strategies and leasing plans of Landlord leasing projects and / or of Tenants looking for office space
• Plan, implement and monitor the execution of marketing relating activities of appointed office buildings (working with colleagues and working alone)
• Assist and lead the leasing process of office buildings from finding prospects, identifying prospective Clients, negotiating commercial terms on behalf of Clients, securing the tenancy and finalizing the tenancy documents
• Assist and lead the leasing process for Tenants, from finding prospective Clients, identifying prospective office space, negotiating commercial terms on behalf of Clients, securing the tenancy and finalizing the tenancy documents
Minimum Qualifications
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree from Real Estate related disciplines
• Excellent Communication skills and comfortable with numbers and calculations
• Good presentation & analytical skills
• Possess drive, creativity and initiative; confident, strong interpersonal skills
• Independent and also a team player
• Flexible and able to multi-task
• Passionate and energetic in cultivating new contacts and aim to excel in competitive office leasing space while creating an impression in market
