We are seeking a motivated and articulate Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team in South East Asia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in generating leads and setting appointments for our Business Development Director.


WHAT YOU WILL DO


  • Schedule meetings between prospective clients and our local Director, via phone calls, email and LinkedIn
  • Maintain sales activity to create a pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Identify and qualify potential leads using various resources, including websites, social media and LinkedIn
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our Salesforce CRM system
  • Follow up with prospects to confirm meetings and address any inquiries
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve lead generation


YOU WILL HAVE


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa and Cantonese.
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM software
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejections and objections professionally
  • Time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or inside sales roles


DESIRED SKILLS


  • Knowledge of networking within large companies would be an advantage
  • Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service
