Who we’re looking for:

Someone who can charm clients, close deals, and basically grow our business like it’s a viral TikTok trend.

Your mission (if you choose to accept it):

• Be the captain of campaigns – keep brands happy, timelines tight, videos rolling, and chaos minimal.
• Pitch, pitch, pitch! Convince brands and agencies that we’re the only squad they need.
• Build friendships with clients (yes, real ones, not just LinkedIn connections) so they keep coming back for more.
• Help cook up proposals and work with our creative geniuses to make content that actually makes sense for the brand.
• Be the go-to person for client updates, reports, and “here’s why your campaign rocked” moments.

What you should bring to the party:

• 3–5 years of client-facing, sales, or ad-experience – extra points if it’s in media/digital.
• Social media savvy – Instagram, TikTok, maybe even that app your parents can’t figure out.
• Media buying experience? Sweet. Love for memes? Even better.
• Strong presentation and people skills – basically, be a human Swiss Army knife.
• Can juggle deadlines, campaigns, and random requests without breaking a sweat.
• Negotiation skills that would make a used car salesman jealous.
• A proactive attitude and empathy (because clients are humans too).
