- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the cybersecurity sector, including solutions and services.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and company growth objectives.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored cybersecurity solutions to address their challenges.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients.
- Stay updated with market trends, emerging cybersecurity technologies, and competitive landscape.
- Provide market feedback to improve offerings and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Collaborate with the technical and product teams to align solutions with market demands.
- Identify and engage with potential strategic partners to expand the company’s cybersecurity portfolio and market reach.
- Develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.
- Analyze business performance metrics and propose actionable insights to optimize outcomes.
- Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree, Professional Certificates, Master's Degree or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication),Computer Science / Information Technology.
- Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience.
- Preferably Manager specializing in Sales / Marketing or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English, Malay, Chinese language for both spoken and written.
