Lemon Sky Studios, a global animation studio, is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the BD Director. This role will focus on managing and expanding our Greater China-based accounts.



Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams for the covered market
  • Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on market research findings
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients
  • Negotiate and finalize business agreements, contracts, and partnerships
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve profitability
  • Monitor personal sales performance and ensure revenue targets are met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to align strategies
  • Track and report key business development metrics and KPIs to the executive team



Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the animation, gaming, or related industries
  • Strong understanding of the Greater China market and business culture
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a team
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on driving result
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin

  • 有团队管理和指导经验。
  • 较强的分析和战略思维能力,注重结果导向。
  • 流利的英语和普通话能力。
