About The Role
CoinMarketCap is looking for a Business Development Operations Contractor to manage the backend processes of our advertising, API, and other revenue-generating products. You'll be the operational backbone post-sales—ensuring deliverables are met, clients are aligned, and campaigns run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Ad Campaign Support: Coordinate execution for banner ads, sponsored articles, and social content
- API Operations: Oversee API onboarding and post-sale client communication
- Client Communication: Confirm specs, timelines, and next steps via email, Telegram, etc.
- Campaign Reporting: Prepare and share performance reports with clients
- Internal Collaboration: Work with internal teams (sales, design, content) to deliver assets on time
- Familiarity with crypto terms, projects, and community culture
- Operational or project coordination experience
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Understanding of digital ads and performance metrics
- Detail-oriented and proactive mindset
- Experience handling clients digitally
- Self-starter in remote work environments
