Job Role

As a Business & Finance Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our business. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, versatile, and eager to gain experience across different areas of our organization, from administrative tasks to strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • ⁠ ⁠Finance: Manage administrative tasks, including generating sales quotes, issuing invoices, maintaining financial records, and assisting with HR processes such as onboarding and employee record management.
  • ⁠ ⁠Operational & Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support for the day-to-day operations, helping streamline office functionality and manage special projects.
  • ⁠ ⁠Meeting and Event Coordination: Organize and prepare for key meetings and coordinate staff events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • ⁠ ⁠Scheduling & Planning: Coordinate and organize scheduling and planning activities to ensure smooth workflow.

Duration

This internship is available for a duration of 3-6 months, with the potential for full-time position based on performance.
