As a Business Process Manager, you will report into the Head of CPeO Office with hybrid working in Malaysia. You will lead multiple process improvement projects with direct contact with senior executives in the organization. Participate in the shaping and implementation of an enterprise-wide Lean Sigma Continuous Improvement program. Facilitate quality and change management processes.

Job Description
Get to know the Team
As a Business Process Manager, you will report into the Head of CPeO Office with hybrid working in Malaysia. You will lead multiple process improvement projects with direct contact with senior executives in the organization. Participate in the shaping and implementation of an enterprise-wide Lean Sigma Continuous Improvement program. Facilitate quality and change management processes.

- You will identify customer needs and key drivers to meet satisfaction goals while ensuring financial benefits.
- You will map and analyze business processes to streamline operations and boost efficiency, serving as the principal advisor for all departments at Grab.
- You will work with the leadership team to identify areas for improvement, create a comprehensive strategy, and integrate recommendations with existing programs to drive organizational success.
Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will conduct lean action workout sessions with process stakeholders, facilitating brainstorming sessions to identify gaps and chart out improvement action plans.
- You will conduct process benchmarking exercises.
- You will collect data on multiple metrics to create performance baselines and implement them across the organization, monitor the usage of performance baselines, and identify action plans to improve baselines.
- You will map functional solutions to technical solutions.
- You will create "to-be" process maps and functional designs.
- You will identify the best processes to be mapped with the system to improve team productivity.
- You will perform process data analysis using Six Sigma methodologies.
- You will implement large-scale projects to improve project delivery throughput by enhancing process capability and reducing cycle time.
- You will work directly with internal process owners, Team Leads, and project teams to improve projects within their responsibilities.
What Skills You Will Need
- You have at least 5 years of experience in project management, working with multiple team members.
- You have project management experience, with PMP certification or Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- You have exposure to root cause analysis methodologies in a customer service organization or business operations.
- You have a strong experience with driving continuous improvement.
- You have strong skills in process flow documentation and literature. ISO certification will be an advantage.
