Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team in the medical industry. This role involves managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving patient care through innovative medical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their operations.
• Sales Strategy Development:
• Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the medical sector.
• Product Knowledge:
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of medical products and services offered.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and their staff.
• Market Research:
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Gather feedback from clients to improve product offerings and service delivery.
• Sales Reporting:
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for management.
• Track sales activities and adjust strategies based on results and market feedback.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met.
• Collaborate with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Networking:
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company’s products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of sales experience in the medical or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of medical products and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.

Salary Package: Basic(RM 4500 - RM 6000) *based on experience + travelling allowances + handphone allowances
