Talent Acquisition:
- To screen applicants from the job portals and HR system.
- Assist with interview scheduling and sending out invites to shortlisted applicants.
- Support in mass hiring in terms of collection of supporting documents.
- Help with HR data management and reporting.
- Support the preparation of offer letter.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, leave policies, and other HR-related matters.
- Contribute to various HR projects, such as HR process implementations, process improvements, or policy revisions.
- Conduct research and analysis on HR-related topics.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proactive and able to work effectively in a team environment
