Cafe Crew / Kru Kafe

Greet customers, Orders taking, Prepare and serve food/beverages with a consistently positives and helpful attitude.

Ensure café cleanliness daily by clearing tables, returning trays to the kitchen, sweeping and mopping floor, washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils, and servicing restrooms.

Handles customers concern and complain professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to café policy.

Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a corporate dress code.

Required:
Must be at least 19 years old and fluent in BM and English
Flexibility to work at nights, weekend, and public holidays.
Ability to stand for long hours at a time and work in a first-paced environment.
Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
Basic knowledge in kitchen & F&B related is preferred
