Call Centre Executive / Service Desk Analyst
Petaling Jaya (Selangor) - Section 19
Responsibilities:
- Handle customers tactfully and courteously.
- Handle majority customer service enquiries.
- Coordinate of service delivery to customers.
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers and onsite engineers.
- Liaise with Internal team on part fulfilment.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate is welcome or at least 1 year of working experience in Call Centre environment.
- Good Knowledge of PC and printer hardware, software and Operating system.
- Independent, disciplined & dedicated.
- Analytical & able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Good verbal & written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Training will be provided.
- Willing to work on shift.
