Responsibilities

As a Cashier Retail, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities include:

  • Inventory Management: Maintain the sales floor by ensuring that all sales items are adequately stocked and displayed on the shelves. Proactively monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Merchandising Excellence: Uphold our store's visual standards by ensuring all sales items are neatly organized and attractively presented. Implement merchandising guidelines to enhance product visibility and appeal.
  • Stock Monitoring: Regularly assess the quantity of available sales stock, promptly reporting any discrepancies or low stock levels to the appropriate personnel. Utilize inventory management systems to track stock accurately.
  • Cash Handling and Integrity: Serve as a responsible and trustworthy cashier, accurately processing customer transactions and handling cash with the utmost integrity. Adhere to all cash handling procedures and security protocols to safeguard company assets.
