KEY DETAILS OF THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic CHANNEL SALES MANAGER (CYBERSECURITY) to join our Cyber Security team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our cyber channel partners, driving sales growth, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. The CHANNEL SALES MANAGER (CYBERSECURITY) will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and enhancing our cyber sales strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and Implement Channel Sales Strategies: Create and execute strategies to drive sales through channel partners, including resellers, distributors, and VARs (Value-Added Resellers).
- Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners and identify and recruit new partners to expand the channel network.
- Training and Support: Provide training, support, and resources to channel partners to enhance their sales capabilities and product knowledge.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze channel partner performance, sales metrics, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the internal sales team, marketing, and product management to align channel sales efforts with overall company objectives.
- Market Development: Identify and pursue new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate and grow market share within the assigned territory.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with channel partners to ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on channel sales performance, market trends, and partner activities for senior management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in channel sales management or a related role, preferably in Cyber or IT industries
- Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and partner ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Residing in Kuala Lumpur
- Able to commute frequently between Kuala Lumpur and Singapore
- Flexibility to travel overseas
