Key Responsibilities
- Support the R&D or Technical team in daily operations and project execution.
- Assist in developing and optimizing chemical processes, including product formulation, trials, and testing.
- Prepare, maintain, and update technical documentation, reports, and process specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, safety, and performance meet required standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in chemical innovation and manufacturing processes.
- Bachelor’s degree inChemical Engineeringor a related scientific discipline.
- Educational background or strong interest inchemicals, materials science, process engineering, or industrial manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written)is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking partners and review technical documentation provided in Mandarin.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic environment.
