What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Ensure the availability of cash flow to support business growth and day-to-day operations
- Act as the primary point of contact for audits and due diligence processes across multiple countries
- Lead the preparation and delivery of financial information that meets both management and investor expectations
- Serve as the main liaison for investor relations, maintaining regular communication with key stakeholders
- Oversee all finance, tax, and accounting functions across the region, including compliance with different local accounting standards and transfer pricing
- Lead the next round of funding, including preparation of investor materials, financial projections, and direct engagement with investors
- A team player who integrates easily with a fast-moving, collaborative team
- Someone who handles confidential information with care and professionalism
- Strong communication skills, both internally and externally
- A well-connected individual who can help open doors when it’s time to raise funds
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Experience with transfer pricing
- Experience in fundraising
- Experience working in a multi-country Southeast Asian environment with multiple books
