Job Responsibility

  • Support the purchasing of materials, goods, and services according to company requirements, ensuring quality, quantity, and budget compliance.
  • Ensure that all quotations provide competitive pricing, high-quality goods/services, and reliable service terms, in line with company requirements.
  • Process requests for new vendor codes when on boarding new suppliers, ensuring smooth integration of new vendors into the procurement system.
  • Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) to approved suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timely communication of purchase details, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
  • Handle inquiries from suppliers or customers related to order changes, cancellations, and status updates efficiently.
  • Review requisition orders for completeness and accuracy before processing, ensuring proper documentation and alignment with internal procurement standards.
  • Assist in special projects and additional tasks as assigned by Procurement Executives and the Head of Department.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Logistic Management or Business Administration or its equivalent.
  • SPM/STPM or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 yearsâ experience in Procurement or related field
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
  • Strong foundation in procurement and supply chain processes.
  • Knowledge in inventory management, order processing, and supplier coordination
