Cloud Solution Specialist - Microsoft 365 & Azure (Selangor)

We’re looking for a skilled Cloud Solution Specialist with a focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure to join our team. This role will be crucial in driving cloud project success across all stages—from initial planning through to deployment and ongoing management.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Engagement: Lead and participate in every stage of cloud projects, ensuring solutions meet business and client needs.
• Microsoft Cloud Expertise: Design and develop solutions on Microsoft 365 and Azure, focusing on tailored architectures and optimal deployments.
• Automation and Orchestration: Use advanced tools like Terraform to streamline cloud operations and improve efficiency.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure all deployments follow industry best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Performance Management: Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for maximum performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Support and Training: Provide training, documentation, and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Innovation and Research: Keep current with emerging technologies within the Microsoft cloud ecosystem to enhance service delivery and solution capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: Proven track record in cloud deployment projects, particularly with Microsoft solutions.
• Technical Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure services and architectures.
• Proficiency in automation/orchestration tools like Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
• Expertise in cloud security tools and best practices (IAM, encryption, firewalls).
• Programming Skills: Strong skills in PowerShell and Python for cloud scripting and automation.
• Certifications: Cloud certifications, particularly in Microsoft Azure, are highly desirable.
