Job Responsibilities

• Optimise Supply Chain Cost to serve - Transportation & Warehpusing Cost. Work with all stakeholders in developing a robust warehousing & transportation process , performance management system
• Developing a cost effective distribution resource planning business process which enables deploying inventory to various stock locations , customers and achieve the goal of OTIF
• Responsible for overall management of plant warehouse and distribution centres . Accountable for tire hygiene, cleanliness . Accountable for establishing a process around FIFO, perputual stock count . Ensure appropriate stock management policies , complying with accounting and financial rules
• Responsible for improvement of customer satisfaction scores around ordering & delivery .Also have to have clear understanding on Company revenue recognition policies .
• To work with country SC Director and Procurement Head on finalizing transportation & 3PL contracts
  
  

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or any other related degree
• 5-6 years of Experience in the Logistics & Warehouse function of manufacturing , FMCG, Consumer Durables, Auto spare parts of repute
• Knowledge in SAP desired - S&D module, Understanding on Logistics trade , Warehouse practices , Inventory planning
• Needs to have strong communication skills, analytical ability
• Knowledge and skills around contract management will be preferred
