Job Responsibility

Responsibility

Â

ï·To operate precision machines and perform equipment maintanance

Â

ï·To check all tooling, gauges and program are correct before commencing jobs

Â

ï·To set up and read through the programming, as well as make program alterations on minor error encounters

Â

ï·To verifying dimensions and alignment of assembly, using measuring instruments, such as micrometers, height gauges and gauges blocks

Â

ï·To inspect and measure parts to gather statistical process control data

Â

ï·To ensure that machining work carried out meet the required quality as stated in the respective manuals and technical documents

Â

ï·To confers with engineers, production personnel, programmers, or others to resolve machining or assembly problems

Â

ï·Ensure that regular maintenance is conducted in a planned and timely manner

Â

ï·To set up, train & guide machining operator to operate the CNC machine

Â

ï·Ensure production records are properly filled in and maintained

Â

ï·Perform any other tasks assigned by superiorÂ

Job Requirements

3, Â 4 & 5 AXIS MACHINISTÂ

Experience in programme and operate CNC Milling / Lathe / Turning

Able to interpret geometrical drawings and dimension tolerances

Able to machine different material such as metal, aluminium, engineering plastics and etc.

Knowledge of prgrams, macros, CAM software and GD&T

ï·Able to recognize errors in the G-code and make edits prior to machining the work piece

Â

ï·Able to communicate effectively with wide variety of internal customers

Â

ï·High patient person, willingness to learn new things, positive attitude with âcan doâ mindset
