職責與責任
- 操作 CNC 氧燃料機器根據技術圖和切割計劃的尺寸、形狀和設計切割金屬/鋼材料。
- 解釋和理解工程圖、CAD 檔案和嵌套程序，以確保切割精度。
- 準備工件並校準機器，包括調整氣壓、割炬高度和切割速度以獲得最佳效果。
- 對 CNC Oxy 切割機進行定期維護和清潔，以確保設備平穩運作和長壽命。
- 檢查切割結果以確保其符合品質標準和尺寸精度；報告任何缺陷或不規則情況。
- 監控機器操作以偵測任何損壞或異常，並採取必要的糾正措施。
- 標記、組織和標籤切割零件，以便進行追蹤和簡化工作流程。
- 處理易燃氣體和切割作業時，必須嚴格遵守安全程序。
- 依照部門 ISO 9001:2015 程序中概述的要求進行工作。
- 根據主管指示執行其他任務。
- 最低 SPM 或相關技術證書（例如金屬技能、機械加工或同等證書）。
- 至少有 1-2 年操作 CNC 機器的經驗，尤其是操作火焰切割機的經驗者優先。
- 能夠閱讀和解釋技術圖。
- 機器維護和工業安全措施的基本知識。
- 能夠獨立工作和團隊合作。
- 認真負責，細緻認真，積極主動。
