  • Provide good client service ensuring clients receive prompt responses to request and queries
  • Review and ensure statutory book are in order
  • Follow-up with client on the return of documents and forms and ensuring submission of statutory forms and documents to CCM
  • Be a team player and provide leave cover for fellow team members
  • Able to handle accounts (etc key-in)
  • At least 1 to 2 years or more working experience in corporate secretarial practice.
  • Computer literacy etc Microsoft Word, excel , MBRS systems, AUTOCOUNT
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both in team environment and independently with minimum supervision.
