Job Responsibility:

• Monitor all aspects of the pastry department including production, quality and administrative functions.
• R&D, product quality & consistency control.
• Ensure pastry food stuff are of a good quality and stored correctly.
• Monitor the pastry food stuffs ordering, quantity and quality.
• Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues to the management.

Requirement:

• Passion for producing high quality of pastry products - cakes & desserts.
• Knowledge of current pastry trends.
• Proficiency with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong supervisory & production management skills.
• Good communication skills
