Job Responsibility

  • Develop, implement and maintain the company's management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, etc.).
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential compliance vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor compliance with internal policies, statutory requirements and external certification standards.
  • Track validity and renewal timelines of company certifications to ensure ongoing compliance with accreditation body requirements.
  • Liaise with certification bodies on system-related matters when required.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including closure of non-conformities.
  • Conduct internal briefings and provide guidance on compliance with management system procedures.
  • Manage and update compliance-related documentation, ensuring alignment with operational and regulatory changes.
  • Support management with reporting, reviews and other compliance-related assignments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelorâs Diploma in Business Administration, Quality Management, Environmental Science, Food Science/Technology, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3â4 years of working experience in compliance, auditing or ISO management systems.
  • Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17021.
  • Strong understanding of ISO standards and system implementation.
  • Experience liaising with certification bodies or external auditors is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and document control systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external parties.
  • Detail-oriented, systematic, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
