Job Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production team to ensure efficient and timely completion of printing and signboard projects.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all products meet Signmastr's standards and customer specifications.
- Manage production schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines and optimize production output.
- Provide leadership, training, and guidance to production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the production area.
- Supervise and coordinate production activities to ensure efficient and timely completion of printing and signboard projects.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of production staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all products meet Signmastr's standards and customer specifications.
- Develop and manage production schedules, considering material availability, equipment capacity, and project deadlines.
- Identify and resolve production-related problems, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to coordinate with team members and other departments.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports, providing regular updates to management on project status and performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the production area.
- Train new production staff on procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
