As part of our Roche Services & Solutions (RSS) APAC team in Kuala Lumpur, you’ll be joining a vibrant and diverse community that delivers world-class support across the region. Now, we’re looking for a Compliance Operations Intern to be part of our Global Compliance Operations team — a great opportunity to gain meaningful, hands-on experience in a multinational environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Review and assess employee reimbursement claims to ensure they meet company policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements, all in a timely and accurate manner
• Clearly document compliance assessments and results using Concur during the claim review process
• Provide support in data validation, analysis, or testing, contributing to reporting activities for affiliates or wider Compliance-related projects
• Identify and escalate issues to your team lead or line manager when necessary
• Engage and collaborate cross-functionally with teams across different departments when required
• Be an active team player by supporting daily operational activities and contributing ideas for process improvement initiatives
  
  

Who We're Looking For:

• Undergraduate students currently pursuing degrees in Business, Finance, Law, or other related fields from a reputable university
• Consistently strong academic track record (minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent)
• Available for a minimum internship period of 6 months
  
  

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong command of English (spoken and written); additional languages such as Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, Burmese, or Mandarin are a plus
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently
• Analytical mindset with a healthy dose of curiosity—you're not afraid to challenge the status quo and explore better ways of doing things
• A solid team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about process validation, compliance, and continuous improvement
