CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

• Supervise and coordinate all temporary works on the site, ensuring they are executed as per design specifications and safety standards.
• 监督和协调现场所有临时工程，确保它们按照设计规范和安全标准执行

• Conduct thorough inspections of the physical setup, execution, and erection of various temporary works on-site
• 对现场各种临时工程的物理设置、执行和安装进行彻底检查。

• Ensure that all temporary works, such as formworks, shoring, temporary slopes, and excavation, are correctly installed and constructed according to design specifications.
• 确保所有临时工程，如模板、支撑、临时斜坡和开挖等均按照设计规范正确安装和施工

• Verify the temporary works are designed by the subcontractors or consultants and meet all relevant safety and quality standards.
• 验证临时工程是由分包商或顾问设计的，并符合所有相关的安全和质量标准

• Identify and address any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the setup and execution process.
• 识别并解决设置和执行过程中可能出现的任何差异或问题。

• Collaborate with design engineers, consultants and site personnel to resolve any technical or logistical challenges.
• 与设计工程师、顾问和现场人员合作，解决任何技术或后勤挑战

• Ensure that all temporary works are properly maintained and remain safe and effective throughout their usage period.
• 确保所有临时工程得到妥善维护，并在整个使用期间保持安全有效

• Monitoring all materials on-site, measure the actual quantity needed for a particular project
• 监控现场所有材料，测量特定项目所需的实际数量

• Site supervision and arrangement of site works and other activities that are carried out at the construction site.
• 现场监督和安排现场工程以及在施工现场进行的其他活动。

• Monitor work progress and sub-contractors to ensure works are carried out on schedule and conformed to specifications.
• 监控工作进度和分包商，确保工作按计划进行并符合规范

• Attend site meetings, site valuation, and liaise closely with client/consultant as well as local authorities pertaining to the project.
• 参加现场会议、现场评估，并与客户/顾问以及与项目有关的地方当局密切联络

• Ensure discipline and good morale maintained at the construction site.
• 确保施工现场保持纪律和良好的士气

• Ensure site safety and health requirements are maintained and practiced at all times.
• 确保始终保持和实践现场安全和健康要求。

• Ensure quality of work is up to specified requirements.
• 确保工作质量达到规定要求。

• Preparation of work progress report and other relevant reports for the project.
• 准备项目的工作进度报告和其他相关报告

• Follow up administrative matters relating to contracts and tender submissions
• 跟进与合同和投标提交有关的行政事务

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
• Min. 8 years working experience in the construction industry.
• Able to work independently under minimum supervision;
• Computer literature (Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Project/AutoCAD and etc.)
• Willing to travel outstation within Peninsular Malaysia.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Posses own transport.
