Job Description

• Assist the Senior Construction Manager in managing site activities across CSA and MEP scopes.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with project schedules and milestones.
• Review and verify technical drawings, method statements, and shop drawings.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Support testing and commissioning activities for MEP systems.
• Track and manage project documentation including RFIs, change orders, and progress reports.
• Facilitate cross-discipline coordination to resolve site issues and avoid delays.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to planning and problem-solving.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 10 - 15 years of experience in construction management, with exposure to both CSA and MEP scopes.
• Experience in data center, advanced manufacturing, or commercial projects is preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction safety, QA/QC procedures, and local building codes.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
