- Shoot and edit creative short-form videos and image posts
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with campaign goals
- Track performance, trends, and suggest content improvements
- Familiar with TikTok and Xiao Hong Shu content style & trends
- Skilled in basic video editing (CapCut, VN, etc.) and design tools (Canva, PS)
- Able to communicate confidently with influencers
- Creative, resourceful, and fast-paced
- Must treat internship like a real job — ownership mindset
