Content Developer ( ArcGIS/GIS)

Position : Content Writer/Developer

Tenure : 2 years contract renewable basis

Working Hours : For 2 weeks training ( 6PM - 3AM), After 2 weeks ( 7AM-4.30PM)

Working Location : Shah Alam

Salary : RM 2800 – RM 3200

Job Responsibilities

• Research, write, and update technical articles for products across platforms and operating systems, adhering to industry and organizational standards.
• Manage Knowledge Base by revising existing articles for new software releases, incorporating service packs and patches, optimizing for SEO, and identifying content for archiving.
• Cross-link Defect-related articles with relevant resources and create index articles for consolidating similar content.
• Address user feedback and ArcGIS Ideas, collaborating with the ESS – OSR Documentation team to initiate document remediation.
• Produce instructive videos based on technical articles to enhance user understanding.

Job Requirement

• Adherence to organizational standard operating procedures and processes while maintaining a high degree of efficiency is required.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, or
• Master's Degree in one of the following fields:Computer Science/Information Technology, Geographical Science Geology/Geophysics, Journalism Linguistics/Languages or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Proficiency in English is COMPULSORY
