Job Responsibility
- Content Strategy Development: Creating and implementing content strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Content Creation and Curation: Managing the creation of various content formats (text, images, videos, etc.) and curating existing content for optimal impact.
- Content Management: Overseeing the entire content lifecycle, from planning and creation to publishing and performance analysis.
- Brand Consistency: Ensuring content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and message across all platforms.
- Team Collaboration: Working with marketing, design, and other teams to develop and execute content marketing campaigns. â¨
- Content Scheduling and Calendar Management: Developing and maintaining content calendars to ensure timely content delivery and consistency.
- Staying Up-to-Date: Keeping abreast of content trends, best practices, and platform updates.
- Managing Content-Related Tasks: Overseeing content workflows, editing content, and ensuring content quality.
- Community Building: Building and engaging with online communities through content and interactions.
- Budget Management: Managing the content budget and resources effectively.
- Content Promotion: Promoting content through various channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- Content Auditing: Regularly reviewing and updating existing content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation, content strategy, or editorial management.
- Proficiency in developing and executing content strategies aligned with business goals.
- Proven ability to create engaging and high-quality content across various formats, including blog posts, articles, social media updates, and website copy.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience in optimizing content for search engines.
- Experience in project management, including planning, organizing, and coordinating content initiatives.
- Excellent copywriting and editorial skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with social media marketing and experience in managing social media channels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve content effectiveness.
- Knowledge of advertising, media, and event management industries is a plus.
