- Sales & Business Development
- Promote Next Academyâs training programs.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through strategic planning and consistent follow-ups.
- Collaboration & Innovation
- Work closely with the training and marketing teams to align sales strategies with client needs.
- Provide client feedback to help improve training content and delivery.
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in sales or customer service is a bonus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
