About the Role

As a Content Moderator, you will be the first line of defense in maintaining a safe online community. You’ll review, screen, and evaluate user-generated content to ensure everything aligns with the platform’s guidelines and policies.

Client : Social Media Project

Position : Content Moderator (English & Mandarin speaking)

Location : KCP Kelana Jaya, PJ, KL

Operations Hours : Weekday 9am - 6pm, open for rotational shifts with shift allowance provided

Basic salary up to RM 3,800

Start Date : Nov / Dec 2025

Requirements

• Proficiency in English & Mandarin (both written and spoken)
• Minimum education qualification - SPM
• Willing to work weekday schedule (9am–6pm) and open to rotational shifts (shift allowance provided)

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
