- Assist the Contract Executive in Pre-Contract and Post-Contract activities.
- Prepare tender and pre-qualification documents.
- Coordinate and submit material samples for approval.
- Manage project-related correspondences and documentation.
- Issue Letters of Award to sub-contractors.
- Maintain and update the Drawing Register.
- Organize and ensure proper filing systems for the department.
- Check and respond to emails daily.
- Draft and type general correspondence.
- Provide support in drawings registration and material submissions.
- Handle general administrative tasks.
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
