JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Visit the site location to get first-hand experience, perform site measurements and identify discrepancies between the plan/drawing and actual site measurements.
  2. Clarifying any possible discrepancies or misunderstandings and ensuring that our tender/quotations will be according to the client’s requirements.
  3. Breakdown BQ according to trades/contractors/suppliers.
  4. To brief our contractors and suppliers to ensure they understand the requirements and site conditions
  5. Contributing to work planning, and briefing contract and project teams, contractors and suppliers.
  6. To perform cost analysis and compare with multiple quotations (minimum of 3)
  7. To perform value engineering and to provide alternatives in the form of construction methods and /or different choices of materials without compromising the design.
  8. To conduct the tender review and get approval from the tender committee before inking and tender submission.
