Qualifications & experiences:
- A minimum of 15 years working experience in the construction industry and a minimum of 6 years as a Contract Manager (preferably in residential, commercial, hotel & industrial) based on QS background.
- Any previous working employment with the Main Contractor with exposure in Pre & Post Contract (the company working with the listed company will have added advantage).
- Well versed and familiar with various Forms of Contracts.
3.1 - PAM Contracts (Private Contract)
3.2 - FIDIC Yellow or Red Book (International Contract)
3.3 - PWD/JKR Contract (Government Contract)
3.4 - Other Ad-Hoc Client Contract - Knowledge and experience as Contract Administration
- 4.1 - Extension of Time & Loss and Expenses (Notices and Details Particular)
4.2 - Set-off from Employer and against Sub-Contractor
4.3 - Other Contractual Writing.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Overall in charge of all contractual matters in the company.
- To take charge of contract review to assure proper tenders are prepared and submitted.
- To negotiate with clients for finalization of contracts
- To advise the Managements on contractual matters
- To liaise with clients on contractual matters
- To provide guidance and advice to operation team on all contractual related matters
- To represent the company in meeting convened by client, if required
- To maintain & enhance good & proper relationship with Client/Client Representative and consultants to archive client satisfaction through continue improvement
- To ensure and monitor for all project final account
- To carry out any other duties may be assigned by management from time to time
- Language: English, 中文 (Preferred)
