Contracts Associate

Responsibilities

• Key duties are to focus on data entry and updates, maintenance of information in the contracts systems and tools that enables these systems to be used effectively and to facilitate integration of new business information and data so that quotes to be generated from these systems.
• Contracts database update and maintenance to provide accurate tracking and reporting to Business Management.
• Responsible for generation and administration of Keysight’s worldwide Customer agreements.
• Work closely with business center, sales and marketing, and other functions to structure contracts consistent with business objectives and in compliance with Keysight policy.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field.
• No prior experience required, may have up to 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Oracle or ERP.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
