About The Role

What you need to know:


  • Responsible for timely and accurate reporting requirements
  • Managing a team and provide accounting guidance/support to finance teams, as required.
  • Review financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Prepare financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Assist in the annual audit process, including liaising with external auditors
  • Assist in tax preparation and filing.
  • Support the team with AR/AP activities when required
  • Liaise with Corporate counterparts on financial matters as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or indicated by responsibilities.


    • What you need to have:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Controllership or in Audit field.
  • 1-2 years experience in overseeing/managing a team.
  • Proficiency in financial reconciliation processes and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Time and team management skills.
  • Prior experience within Big 4 or accounting / auditing firm is an added advantage.
  • SAP experience is a plus point.
