We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Conveyancing Lawyer to handle property transactions and provide expert legal advice to clients. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of property law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex conveyancing matters from start to finish.

What You'll Do
Handle residential and commercial property transactions
Prepare and review sale and purchase agreements
Conduct title searches and due diligence
Liaise with banks, developers, and government agencies
Provide legal advice to clients on property matters
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and deadlines
What We're Looking For
Law degree with valid practicing certificate
Experience in conveyancing and property law
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
