- Memastikan pematuhan SOP kesihatan, keselamatan dan kebersihan makanan diimplementasikan dengan baik dan konsisten.
- Memastikan kualiti makanan dan servis yang diberi mencapai kepuasan pelanggan dan standard Syarikat pada tahap maksima.
