What You'll Do
Draft and review corporate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring matters
Ensure compliance with local and international corporate regulations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on legal risk assessment
Manage corporate governance and board meeting requirements
Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal guidance
What We're Looking For
Law degree with valid practicing certificate in Malaysia
3+ years of corporate law experience
Strong knowledge of Malaysian corporate legislation
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
Experience in contract negotiation and drafting
