Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Executive

Job Purpose:

To increase awareness and sales of a charity preloved item shop and organize impactful events and programs that enhance community engagement and support the organization’s CSR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Awareness and Promotion:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance visibility and sales of the preloved item shop.
• Create promotional materials, manage social media campaigns, and engage with target audiences to drive traffic and sales.

2. Shop Operations Support:

• Assist in optimizing retail operations to enhance customer experience and suggesting improvements to maximize sales.

3. Event and Program Planning and Execution:

• Propose, plan, and execute events including donation drives, community outreach programs, and sales campaigns.
• Manage event logistics, including budgeting, venue selection, vendor coordination, and post-event evaluations.
• Manage annual programs, including Scholarship and Student Adoption Program (SAP).

4. Stakeholders Engagement:

• Collaborate with internal teams and build partnerships with local organizations to enhance community impact.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

• Provide photos and content on CSR activities for social media and internal newsletter.
• Monitor financial and related data for auditing and financial year-end reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in CSR, retail, event management, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.

• Ability to multitask and work independently.

• Passion for sustainability and social impact.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with social media marketing or content creation.

• Familiarity with retail or e-commerce operations.

• Knowledge of event planning software or tools.

• Knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Office Suite and Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
