主要職責：
- 根據項目圖和規格，準備自爬式平台的詳細成本估算。
- 分析勞動力、材料和設備需求並應用標準成本會計方法。
- 與設計和工程團隊協調以了解攀爬平台系統的技術面。
- 根據市場趨勢和歷史項目數據定期監控和更新單位成本。
- 協助為客戶準備成本明細和簡報。
- 識別並強調潛在的成本風險和價值工程機會。
- 與採購、設計和專案執行團隊合作，使成本估算與實際實施保持一致。
- 支持專案後成本會計和經驗教訓的練習。
- 工料測量師或相關領域的學士學位。
- 擁有 2-5 年建築/模板/爬昇平台產業成本估算或成本會計經驗。
- 了解自爬昇平台及其組件至關重要。
- 能夠熟練透過 AutoCAD、MS Excel 等軟體讀取圖面。
- 具有很強的分析能力，注重細節。
- 良好的溝通和團隊合作能力。
