What will you be doing?
- Lead and develop a team of CSE Engineers and Specialists, including setting targets and conducting PDPs/IDPs
- Allocate CSE resources based on sales needs, early engagement cases, and sold jobs (MS0b)
- Balance resources across FL, Area, SL, and Hub organizations
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and create a collaborative working environment
- Drive team competence development and customer-focused behaviors
- Monitor and lead team performance to achieve business goals
- Minimum 4 years of operations/engineering experience, preferably in customer solutions engineering
- Strong people leadership and resource management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency with office tools (MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Fluent in English (advantage)
- Confident decision-maker with problem-solving and conflict management skills
- Open to learning KONE-specific platforms, policies, and processes
