What would you be doing:

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Define and lead the AI-driven content strategy in alignment with overall brand and business goals.
    • Stay at the forefront of AI trends and integrate best practices into content processes.
  • AI Content Operations
    • Oversee the creation, curation, and management of AI-generated and AI-assisted content across formats (text, video, audio, image).
    • Select and manage AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Sora, Runway, etc.) to streamline content workflows.
    • Ensure the ethical use of AI in content creation, maintaining quality, originality, and compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Handling Stakeholders’ Expectations
    • Communicate Effectively: Craft and deliver clear, consistent, and compelling messages tailored to different stakeholder groups, ensuring their expectations are managed and met.
    • Facilitate Feedback Loops: Establish mechanisms for regular feedback from stakeholders, using insights to refine creative approaches and address concerns proactively.


To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 3+ years in content strategy, digital marketing, or the creative industry (online / offline).
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale content operations and teams.
  • Experience with content analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
  • Exceptional communication, editorial judgment, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience in producing reels and shorts (paid / organic).
  • Passionate about the intersection of creativity, technology, and strategy.
  • Good command of English and Mandarin.
