About your new role!

We’re looking for a Design-led Creative Group Head to steer visual creativity across digital, retail, social, and ATL campaigns for one of Malaysia’s top telco brands. You’ll lead a team of designers, art directors, and final artists — raising the bar on visual craft while keeping creative output fast, effective, and on-brand.

This role will work on one of Malaysia’s leading Telecommunication providers. You will also get to collaborate with a large and diverse array of other creatives and consultants within GrowthOps.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead visual development across integrated campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity and strategic intent
• Oversee design execution across social, digital, POSM, print, and motion
• Mentor and manage a team of designers and final artists to deliver high-quality creative, at speed
• Collaborate with copywriters, creative leads, and project managers to bring campaign ideas to life
• Review and refine work at every stage — from concept to final rollout
• Ensure efficient rollout of master creative across multiple formats and channels
  
  
  

EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 6–10 years of agency experience, including team leadership
• Strong portfolio across brand, digital, and retail design
• Solid understanding of print and production processes
• Confident leading creative reviews and collaborating cross-functionally
• Telco or retail experience is a strong plus
• Able to balance speed, quality, and consistency in a high-volume environment
