Responsibilities:
- Timely issuance of progressive billings to purchasers.
- Timely collections of receivables in accordance to credit term and follow up regularly on overdue account.
- To handle debtors inquiries & take appropriate action to resolve issue.
- To liaise and follow up with appointed solicitors on legal documentation matters.
- To ensure all collection to be promptly updated, deposited and accounted for on timely manner.
- Maintaining an up-to-date aging report and reconciliation report for receivables balances.
- Continually monitor & review current practices and procedure including credit control system processes and where necessary make recommendation in respect of enhancements.
- Handle Sales & Purchase Agreement and perform sales administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Finance, Economics or Business Admin or related field.
- Preferably with 1 - 2 years experience with housing developer.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience in End Financing documentation.
- To report to and work closely with head of department on progress & activities of sales admin control.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- Possess positive attitude, motivated and able to work independently.
